The article discusses ways to determine the reliability of communication networks according to "Rules for the preparation and use of resources of the unified telecommunication network of the Russian Federation to ensure the functioning of significant objects of critical information infrastructure". A technique for analyzing reliability is proposed to assess the feasibility of using the resources of a telecommunication network of a particular operator to ensure the functioning of significant objects of critical information infrastructure.
