ANALYSIS OF THE EXPERIENCE IN TMK LINE-CABLE FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2021.93.1.22.27
An analysis of the experience in the construction of line-cable structures for transport multichannel communication (TMK) is presented, which showed that many of the necessary regulatory documents for the construction of such fiber optic communication lines, the use of microcables and micropipes are absent altogether, and some existing guidelines cannot be applied to new technologies. The necessity of developing guidelines for the construction of TMK line-cable structures is substantiated. Provides a list of key issues that should be addressed in such a guide.

PROBLEMS AND FEATURES OF USING DYNAMIC FREQUENCY SHARING IN 5G/LTE NETWORKS DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2021.93.1.46.53
One of the most attractive ways to quickly deploy fifth-generation networks in the absence of allocations of new frequency bands to operators by the communications administration is to build a 5G network based on the dynamic frequency sharing mode in existing frequency channels. The paper discusses the features of the construction and use of dynamic sharing of the radio frequency spectrum for the implementation of combined 5G/LTE networks with DSS mode in the frequency channels previously allocated to operators for LTE networks, as well as ensuring the intersystem electromagnetic compatibility of such networks.

The paper is devoted to the issues of Power over Ethernet technology - the development of injectors, their compatibility with other equipment, and operational problems. Over the years, periodically there were problems that the author had to solve and questions that required an answer. Some of them are briefly described in these notes, in the title of which the word "injectors" is placed in parentheses, since everything described applies, to a large extent, to PoE technology in general.

We analyse innovative solutions that can create advanced videoconference systems that provide users with a wide range of services with high quality of service. These decisions require a review of a number of traditional principles for choosing the architecture of the hardware and software used for videoconferences. In particular, the possibility of moving to a decentralized architecture for building hardware and software and managing their resources to improve the quality of services provided is being discussed. An example of the practical implementation of the proposed solutions is given. The focus is on the use of innovative solutions to expand the functionality of video conferencing.

A technique of measurement the effect of amplitude-modulated channels on channels with coherent detection and DP-QPSK phase modulation is proposed. The dependence of such an interchannel effect on the symbol rate of the amplitude-modulated channels and the gain of the co-propagating Raman amplifier is investigated.
