WHAT BARCELONA DID NOT SEE IN FEBRUARY For many years, the MWC Barcelona Congress and Exhibition was an event to which most of the leading players in the world of mobile (and not only mobile) communications timed the most high-profile announcements of equipment and solutions in the year. Recently, it was the place there anyone could most fully get acquainted with the latest innovations in the sphere of 5G networks. The article attempts to talk about the products that are being prepared for the exhibition, announcements about which were planned on the eve and on the scheduled days of MWC Barcelona 2020.

EVOLUTION OF POSITIONING TECHNOLOGIES IN CELLULAR MOBILE RADIO NETWORKS. PART 1 This study is the first part of a series of works on the evolution of positioning technologies in cellular mobile radio networks and is devoted to an analysis of the chronology and classification of standardized methods for solving the problem of determining the location of a subscriber terminal using radio access network base stations and additional network infrastructure. The analysis allows us to classify the considered methods according to the principles of neighborhood, trilateration and scene analysis, as well as to evaluate the complexity of the procedures and hardware-software implementation of each of them.

DESIGN OF ERROR CORRECTING CODEC FOR THE PLC SYSTEM Power line communication systems are characterized by high levels of noise and interference. Reliable data transmission over this media requires the usage of powerful error correcting codes. In this work we suggest a way to transform the LDPC-code equivalent to the one used in DVB-S2 standard to the code with the arbitrary length while preserving its structure. Error correcting abilities of the resulting code are modeled for both soft- and hard-decision decoder.

INVERSION CODING METHOD IN DIGITAL FOCAL USING PACKAGE TRANSMISSION MODE A data processing method based on inverse coding of input information is considered. The article analyzes the advantages and functionality of products, which are characterized by maximum noise immunity due to the data processing mechanism with inversion of input signals. Several sets of modules for multi-mode and single-mode applications are presented. The principle of operation and the requirements for a circuit solution are described in details. The refusal to include devices indicating emergency conditions into the structure of the modules is argued.

To strengthen relations with foreign partners and expand the client base outside of Russia, the GCS has been participating in large foreign forums for several years.

Proposed on the example of two private networks simulator data transmission network training laboratory stand of the Department "Information security" Bauman University next algorithms: establishment in transport part of a network of the switched virtual channel, transfer of a packet of data, disconnection of connection. The algorithms provide for reliability and information security.
