This article is devoted to the analysis of the current activities of the 3GPP partner project about the formation of technical requirements and characteristics of 5G mobile networks generation, relies 17 and 18. These requirements and characteristics include in about 50 innovative technologies and 400 future studies on various aspects of the evolutionary development of 5G networks in the 5G Advanced direction.

Formulated are the actual tasks to solve effectively the plan telecommunication networks to improve them according to the promising requirements of potential users. Models are offered to formalize tasks solved by economic and mathematical methods. The attention is focused on choosing the solutions intended to distinguish the maximum possible degree of invariants to change the external and internal factors, which determine the evolution processes of the info-communication systems. The expediency of finding new principles to create the universal infrastructure structures, which will be used by the combination of networks and systems belonging to companies from different economic realms and government structures.

Here everything is special – its origins, products and, of course, his people, who create a special atmosphere of collective life. Even, it would seem to pass through the standards of a 236-year history of the factory, the event devoted to the completion of the building construction of the second manufacture building of the plant, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the beginning of the construction of the first shop here, in the city of Podolsk, Moscow region, became the special milestone of the life of this unique enterprise.

THE METHOD OF EARLY DETECTION OF CYBER ATTACKS BASED ON INTEGRATION OF FRACTAL ANALYSIS AND STATISTICAL METHODS DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2021.98.6.64.70
The article discusses the method of detecting cyber attacks in computer networks based on the identification of anomalies of network traffic by assessing its self-similarity and determining the impact of cyber attacks using statistical methods. The proposed method provides for three stages, within the analysis of self-similarity properties for reference traffic is performed (using Dickey-Fuller test, R/S analysis and DFA method), analysis of self-similarity method for real traffic (the same methods) and additional processing of temporary series statistical methods (methods of moving average, Z-score and CUSUM). The issues of the program implementation of the proposed approach and the formation of a data set containing network packets are considered.
