"TIBO-2022" IS A SIGNIFICANT DIGITAL EURASIAN EVENT DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.104.4.14.27
The XXVIII International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies with the Exhibition "TIBO-2022" organized in Minsk by the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus with the participation of other government agencies has become not only the main industry event of the national scale, but also the traditional venue of the key "digital” event of the Eurasian Economic Union: The IV Eurasian Digital Forum EADF-2022. In particular, this paper presents a roadmap for the implementation of 5G networks in Belarus.
"ASTRAN”: THE MVNO SOLUTION FOR THE FUTURE DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.104.4.28.32
ASTRAN IT platform solutions for strengthening digital ecosystem of companies in different industries by launching MVNO are presented.
LTE NETWORK POSITIONING. PART 1. ARCHITECTURE DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.104.4.34.41
Nowadays, network positioning technology 3GPP partnership project, using the infrastructure of mobile radio networks, most widely implemented in networks of 4G/LTE standard and ensure positioning accuracy of user devices (UE) in the tens of meters. An order of magnitude higher positioning accuracy in 5G NR networks, from the national economy point of view, is the subject of medium to long term perspective. The relevance of technical solutions for UE positioning in deployed 4G/LTE networks is due to inability to confidently receive signals from global navigation satellite systems in dense urban development scenarios. In the first part of the study on 4G network positioning technologies, the architecture of user device positioning system using LTE mobile radio network infrastructure is formalized.
COMPOSITE SUPPORTS "STRELA” – A MODERN ALTERNATIVE TO TRADITIONAL COMMUNICATION TOWERS DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.104.4.42.43
Composite poles produced by NPK "Basalt Group” are becoming a profitable alternative to steel telecommunication towers.
6G NETWORK ARCHITECTURE: PRINCIPLES AND DESIGN FEATURES. PART 2 DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.104.4.44.49
The paper is devoted to the analysis of the principles and features of the 6G networks architecture design, taking into account the formed prospect of the development and vision of 6G mobile networks by international and national projects of 6G networks, as well as by the International Telecommunication Union and the public-private partnership project 5GPPP.The second part of the paper presents the LAPS network architecture and HAPS platforms and 6G networks space segment.
5G NETWORKS: TIMING SIGNAL DISTRIBUTION AT THE OPTICAL TRANSPORT LAYER PART 1. GENERAL SYNCHRONISATION REQUIREMENTS FOR 5G MOBILE NETWORKS DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.104.4.50.59
Synchronisation on cellular networks helps ensure that devices can connect seamlessly to the base station and provide a smooth transfer of service as the user moves from one cell to another. This paper series analyzes the general synchronization requirements for 5G mobile networks (part 1) and details of bit-timing frequency (part 2) and phase/time (part 3) distribution of synchronization signals over the optical transport layer of the OTN/DWDM mobile network.
METHODS TO IMPROVE RELIABILITY IN THE DESIGN AND OPERATION OF FIBER OPTIC COMMUNICATION LINES DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.104.4.60.64
The paper presents the design stages of fiber optic communication lines and their features. The issues of technical operation and organization of maintenance of the FOCL are considered. The ways to increase reliability at the stages of design and operation of the fiber optic communication lines are proposed.
AZN-B NETWORK TECHNOLOGY:SOLVING THE PROBLEM OF UAVS IN COMMON AIRSPACE DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.104.4.66.70
The paper is devoted to making it possible for unmanned and manned aircrafts to stay in the common airspace together. It is shown that 1090ES broadcast-type automatic dependent surveillance system doesnot meet the requirements of the time either in terms of information security or message transmission efficiency. As its replacement in the territory of the Russian Federation it is proposed to use the technology of self-organizing secure networks AZN-B based on the protocol of conflict-free access to the frequency resource VDL-4.
INTRODUCTION TO ETERNITY, OR ENGINEERS OF THE UNIVERSE (EXCERPTS FROM THE BOOK) DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.104.4.72.78
Our journal published an extract from an unpublished book, authored by Alexander Golyshko, a well-known Moscow analyst in the telecommunication field, in No.6, 2021. The publication received a positive response from readers and the editors decided to offer another excerpt from the same book.
