The importance and relevance of considering the issues of improving the reliability of multisite digital mobile radio communication systems in the context of digital transformation of public administration and business is substantiated. Based on the results of theoretical studies conducted to ensure the operability of these systems, mathematical dependencies are derived that allow developing a mathematical model for assessing the reliability of functioning and justifying practical recommendations for improving the efficiency of mobile subscriber management.

The second part of the study, dedicated to LTE network positioning technologies, presents geographic formats for estimating the location of user devices in various coordinate systems used in heterogeneous 4G networks. The need for a formalized representation of location estimates is due to the fact that new positioning services, as a kind of infocommunication services, are characterized by measurable quality parameters of the resulting coordinate estimates. The task of transforming coordinate estimates arises when combining various technologies of terrestrial and satellite radio positioning, which are currently available in heterogeneous LTE networks. This paper describes the formats for representing coordinate estimates, and also illustrates examples of their transformation.

After receiving the Cloud Computing concept of 20 years ago, telecom has come to a universal formula: channel + virtual service in a data centre. However, you cannot "rest in the cloud": In a rapidly changing world, new trends and new barriers have appeared. Bandwidth is not infinite, and even relatively short signal propagation delays take forever. Information now needs to be processed closer to its source, and the result needs to be transmitted to the centre. This is where the concepts of fog computing and edge computing, which will so organically complement the Cloud Computing domain from now on, come in.

This paper presents results of study of mutual influence components at the short end of multipair LAN-cables. The data obtained on the predominant components of mutual influence allow reducing mutual influence between circuits of the cable at the stage of cable development and manufacturing. On the basis of the conducted research, a set of measures for the technology of multipair LAN-cables production has been developed, which makes it possible to meet the requirements for 5e cables.

The development of information transmission systems, satellite navigation systems, modern telecommunication systems, metrological service comes from the need for constant modernization of the currently used quantum frequency standards. The paper presents a method for improving the parameters of the microwave excitation signal to improve the output characteristics of the short-term and long-term stability of the frequency standard. Experimental studies of the metrological characteristics of the quantum frequency standard based on rubidium atoms-87 showed the effectiveness of the new development.
