The analysis of the evolution of the network architecture and procedures for positioning devices in 2G - 5G mobile radio networks using base stations of the radio access network and additional infrastructure is presented. It follows from the analysis that the development of network positioning methods along with the evolution of the 2G - 5G network architecture entails an improvement in data exchange procedures for collecting and processing primary measurements when determining the location of devices. The trend towards virtualization of the network positioning architecture both in the user plane and in the control plane is shown, which helps to reduce the delay in the provision of geolocation services.
METHODOLOGY FOR ASSESSING THE RELIABILITY OF COMMUNICATION NETWORKS The article discusses ways to determine the reliability of communication networks according to "Rules for the preparation and use of resources of the unified telecommunication network of the Russian Federation to ensure the functioning of significant objects of critical information infrastructure". A technique for analyzing reliability is proposed to assess the feasibility of using the resources of a telecommunication network of a particular operator to ensure the functioning of significant objects of critical information infrastructure.
PARAMETERS OF MUTUAL EFFECTS OF LAN-CABLES IN A WIDE RANGE OF FREQUENCIES УДК 621.396.2, DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2020.90.5.14.19
The results of experimental studies of the parameters of mutual influence of four- and multi-pair LAN-cables of category 5e in the frequency range up to 100 MHz are presented. It is shown that in four-pair cables the crosstalk attenuation norms at the near and far ends are fulfilled with a margin of 5-10 dB. In multi-pair cables, the norms for these parameters are fulfilled, but with a small margin. It has been established that in multi-pair cables the specified parameters due to mechanical influences are influenced by the peculiarities of the technology of twisting the core from four-pair beams on a twisting machine. Recommendations are given for minimizing mechanical stress on the cable core during production.

The problem of information security of air traffic surveillance AZN-V is analyzed. It is noted that the solution to this problem is not limited to ensuring confidentiality, but also includes authentication of the message source and the non-repudiation of authorship by the message source, identification of message integrity and access control, including protection against repetitions "in the recording" of previously transmitted messages. It is concluded that the further use of the 1090 ES squitter system for AZN-B purposes does not meet modern requirements for air traffic safety, and may become, inter alia, a significant help for terrorists. As an alternative, it is proposed to implement the self-organizing network concept of AZN-V based on the VDL-4 protocol, which supports the types of protocols necessary for using cryptographic algorithms.

Thе article presents a draft electronic document management system based on cryptographic algorithms. The security system is a convenient REST API interface for implementing in an existing environment and ensuring high performance. Conceptual schemes for the interaction of components, use case diagrams, and sequence of actions are developed. A block diagram of the electronic document management system has been developed, consisting of 4 components: authentication subsystem, access control subsystem, cryptographic information protection subsystem and electronic document work subsystem. A software implementation of the security system has been developed in the Python programming language and the Django platform.

With the development of telecommunications in the 19th century, overhead lines, designed to transmit electrical signals through wires suspended on special supports and became widespread. To strengthen the wires on the supports, various types of insulators and fittings were used, on the reliability of which the reliability of the communication line as a whole depended to a large extent. The second part of this work provides a historical and technical review of the designs of double-sleeve pin insulators, methods of attaching wires, as well as fittings for strengthening insulators on supports.
