PoC TECHNOLOGY AND PMR SYSTEMS. PART 2 DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2021.95.3.46.52
It is described the PoC technology (Push-to-Talk Over Cellular), which can be successfully applied in management and safety systems along with existing networks of professional mobile radio communications (PMR). A review is a review of the main features of PoC, in particular, the possibilities of performing PTT calls through 3G / LTE cellular networks or Wi-Fi. The basic principles of the operation of such networks, their architecture, and description of individual elements are presented. It is described about the possibility of integrating PoC systems among themselves, with systems of PMR and with other IT solutions.
MOBILE RAILWAY COMMUNICATION NETWORK FRMCS: PROSPECTS FOR CREATING AND IMPLEMENTATION DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2021.95.3.54.64
FRMCS as a next generation rail system is a communication system that provides communication between railways and consists of FRMCS network equipment, 4G and 5G radio access networks, transport communication networks and network application servers. Legacy GSM-R radio access networks will not be included in the FRMCS system. The article discusses topical aspects of FRMCS railway communication system design and implementation for the future, taking into account use of 5G communication technologies for railway users in Europe and the Russian Federation.
DIAGRAM DEVELOPMENT MODELS IN ULTRA-DENSE NETWORKS OF 5G RADIO ACCESS. PART 1. EVALUATION OF INTERFERENCE DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2021.95.3.66.73
It is known that closely spaced transceivers of ultra-dense radio access networks of the fifth and subsequent generations are characterized by an unacceptably high level of intra-system interference, which in the networks of previous generations with time-frequency division of channels was compensated by frequency-territorial planning. The present study evaluates the compensation of intersystem interference of devices operating in a common radio channel with beamforming, by means of mathematical and simulation modeling using cluster models, reducing the size of which we can reproduce the effect of devices densification in the radio access network of the fifth and subsequent generations. The simulation results confirm the possibility of interference suppression up to 15 dB when narrowing the width of the antenna radiation patterns of devices from 360° to 5°.
OLD AND NEW IDEAS IN SATELLITE COMMUNICATION DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2021.95.3.14.21
Sometimes, in space telecommunication technologies it is hard to separate advertising layers from reality. The article is devoted to the analysis of the development of traditional and new directions of satellite communications and an attempt to objectively understand in the medium term.
ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF LAN CABLES WITH MULTI-WIRE CONDUCTORS DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2021.95.3.32.36
Presented are the main electrical characteristics of multi-wire copper LAN cables made by "Samarskaya kabelnaya kompaniya". It was experimentally deduced that electrical characteristics of these cables are not practically vary from the same cables with single-wire conductors and completely corresponded to Cat.5e cable characteristics.

PROGRESS OF THE LAND BOND RADIO NETWORKS AS A TASK OF INCREASING THEIR BANDWIDTH DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2021.95.3.40.44
Capacity of the cellular system is the concept of multifactor and it is determined by the access algorithms and the transport network, as well as the sum of subscriber profiles. Profiles are managed by marketing tools. Formulating the requirements for the system, it is necessary to understand the structure of these profiles, the nature of the market and the way to achieve a given container.
THE FIRST REGIONAL BACKBONE QUANTUM NETWORK WAS LAUNCHED IN RUSSIA DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2021.95.3.22.23
The first regional backbone quantum network in Russia, todded the data centers in the three cities of Samara-Togliatti urban agglomeration, built and successfully commissioned by experts SMARTS JSC (Samara). Reliable encryption transmitted by the OFL traffic is ensured devices for sending quantum keys of one of the enterprises of the Smarts Group of companies.
DEVELOPMENT OF A SECURE MOBILE APPLICATION FOR IPTV SERVICE DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2021.95.3.24.31
The results of the development of a secure mobile application for IPTV service with voice control are presented. A selection of the programming environment and a comparative analysis of fuzzy search algorithms, as a result of which the Levenshtein algorithm was chosen. The structure of a mobile application, a convenient and understandable interface and a mobile voice controlled application are developed. The design of the voice recognition module using the Levenshtein algorithm is performed.
WHO DOES NOT RISK, HE DOES NOT WIN. FROM THE HISTORY OF TELEGRAPH IN THE USA DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2021.95.3.74.78
Considered is a conflict between the owners of a patent for the invention of Morse and Henry O’Reilly (the organizer of the construction of the first electric telegraph lines in the USA). It is shown that often the actions of O’Reilly were akin to fraud in organizational and financial matters and differed in irresponsibility in operational and technical terms. However, his enthusiasm, assertiveness contributed to the creation of a variety of private telegraph companies, rapid coverage of the territories of communication lines, as well as the development of the shortcomings of "raw" technologies not in laboratory conditions, and at a construction site.
