The proprietary protocol for "Wave Network” wireless networks is described, and distinctive feature of which from the traditional networks standards of professional radio communications is that the communication between nodes (subscribers) is not necessary to build the route and the presence of a base station. There is a comparison with some other digital wireless protocols.

Formulated are the actual tasks to solve effectively the plan telecommunication networks to improve them according to the promising requirements of potential users. Models are offered to formalize tasks solved by economic and mathematical methods. The attention is focused on choosing the solutions intended to distinguish the maximum possible degree of invariants to change the external and internal factors, which determine the evolution processes of the info-communication systems. The expediency of finding new principles to create the universal infrastructure structures, which will be used by the combination of networks and systems belonging to companies from different economic realms and government structures.

This year, the american company Hughes Network Systems marks its half-century anniversary. In Russia and the CIS, it is present for more than 20 years, and during this time more than 60 central stations of various types in the region, and more than 100 thousand peripheral terminals have been shipped to customers. At its next annual, the 23rd of the Moscow Technological Seminar Hughes presented an improved network decision of the flagship satellite Jupiter system, as well as its vision of the market development prospects in the world and in Russia.

MEASUREMENT OF MUTUAL DISTANCES BETWEEN AIRCRAFTS BASED ON ADS-B VDL MODE 4 DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2021.97.5.74.79
Considered issues of ensuring cyber security of ADS-B systems. It is shown that the Standard ADS-B VDL MODE 4 can provide the possibility of group protection against messages with coordinates of non-existent aircraft or replacing messages from real ones. A group definition algorithm of aircraft-phantoms is proposed, which is based on the possibility of measuring signal arrival time of the VDL MODE 4 embedded in this standard.
