RUSSIAN MOST SIGNIFICANT INFO-COMMUNICATIONS EVENT OF THE YEAR DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.103.3.10.23
Russian Hi-Tech Week, the largest annual exhibition and congress project in our industry, took place for the fifth time on April 26-29, 2022 at Expocentre Fairgrounds. The event combines a number of forums and conferences in the field of telecommunications, IT, navigation and telematics along with the 34th International Exhibition for Information and Communication Technologies Sviaz-2022. The RNVT business programme included the Sviaz-2022 forum, the Russian Software: Effective Solutions forum, the XV International Navigation Forum, the strategic session Digital Sovereignty − Priorities, Personnel, Laws, the XXVI International Academy of Communications forum, and a number of other industry events.
OPEN RAN RADIO ACCESS NETWORKS DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.103.3.40.49
The basic principles of a new cellular network concept is Open RAN (open radio access network). According to this concept the equipment is realized as software running on open hardware-independent platforms, and any interface between radio subsystem components is open and ready to interact with a component of another manufacturer. The advantages of Open RAN architecture for mobile operators, current state of standardization, emerging problems, and available foreign and domestic experience are shown.
6G NETWORK ARCHITECTURE: PRINCIPLES AND DESIGN FEATURES. PART 1 DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.103.3.50.56
The paper is devoted to the analysis of the principles and features of the architecture design of 6G networks, taking into account the formed prospect of the development and vision of 6G mobile networks by international and national projects of 6G networks, as well as by the International Telecommunication Union and the public-private partnership project 5GPPP. The first part of the paper presents the principles of 6G network architecture, including the end-to-end New IP network protocol, and describes the overall architecture of a 6G network.

BEAM MANAGEMENT MODELS IN 5G NR NETWORKS PART 2. BEAM ALIGNMENT DURING RADIO COMMUNICATION DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.103.3.62.68
The second part of the study on beamforming models in 5G NR networks presents simulation results of the beam alignment procedure in radio communications. This procedure serves to refine the orientation of beams from the narrower set of predefined directions obtained in previous step of initial UE-gNB directional connection establishment. Simulation analysis allows performing the quantitative assessment of the potential for refining the orientation of beams in the first approximation.
REMER Group develops and manufactures telecom and switchboard equipment on its own production base. The equipment has won well-deserved recognition in the markets of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and other CIS countries. Compliance of characteristics and parameters of all products are guaranteed by thorough testing in our own laboratory equipped with the latest testing equipment. In this paper the tests results to all-weather cabinets of a SHTV line are presented.
NETWORK TRAFFIC MONITORING IN BACKBONE NETWORKS TO ENSURE THE TSN NETWORKS OPERATION DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.103.3.30.33
Considered are a real-time traffic analyzer development based on a programmable logic integrated circuit for a software-defined network controller , which should ensure the effective operation of the TSN synchronization protocol.
RUSSIAN HI-TECH UNDER SIEGE: HOW TO OVERCOME? DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.103.3.34.38
Against the background of the unceasing epidemic of coronavirus, the unprecedented in scale and harshness packages of anti-Russian sanctions in the high-tech sphere have highlighted the true level of spiritual maturity of humanity, or rather, of the leadership of highly developed countries. The "unity of nations" did not take place. On the contrary. The first and crushing blow came to Russia. The occasion was a "military special operation" in Ukraine.
DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTRUSION DETECTION SUBSYSTEM ALGORITHM DOI: 10.22184/2070-8963.2022.103.3.70.78
In this paper the questions of algorithm development and the intrusion detection software tool are considered. We propose a scheme for constructing a statistical feature which combines factor analysis and k-means clustering as a major component for detecting uncontrolled anomalies.
