The story tells about structuring of communication in besieged Leningrad based on the materials of the exhibition opened in January 2024 in the Popov Central Museum of Communications. Special attention is paid to importance of joint actions of civil and military communicators. The role of Ivan Peresypkin, who in 1941–1944 headed the People’s Commissariat of Communications of the USSR and the Main Department of Communications of the Red Army, is reflected.
