LTE NETWORK POSITIONING TECHNOLOGY. PART 3. SDR DEMONSTRATOR IN LABORATORY CONDITIONS

The use of base station infrastructure (eNB) of LTE mobile radio networks allows solving the problem of positioning of user devices (UE) on the basis of eNB reference signals by hyperbolic difference-dimensional method independently of GNSS. The eNB and UE mockups presented as part of the demonstrator, built using software-configurable radio technologies, have demonstrated accuracy of collecting and processing primary measurements in units of meters under laboratory conditions.
