The paper discusses a method for controlling quality of data transmission services and presents the results of simulation modeling of data transmission service quality indicators under various traffic processing rules and bandwidth capacities of access network, aggregation network, and transport network resources. The multiservice communication network under consideration includes a pre-aggregation network, which allows improving data transmission service quality provided to subscribers by the communication operator. The results of modeling simulation are presented, showing that the use of pre-aggregation networks achieves higher data transmission speeds, which improves quality of communication services.
