A number of aspects determining the appearance of a promising telecommunication system are considered. Solutions have been proposed to change the principles of building a telecommunications system that are planned to be implemented in the coming years. According to the author, they will eliminate some significant disadvantages typical of the current stage of development of telecommunication networks.
